WilTec secures future readiness with its own radio network – High Availability Made in Eschweiler
Eschweiler – The WilTec Wildanger Technik GmbH has elevated its digital backbone: a newly installed 15-metre radio mast on its headquarters now connects the main office with the central warehouse just 350 metres away, and two additional sites in the Eschweiler area, via two officially licensed microwave links. This marks a decisive step towards full operational autonomy and future-proof connectivity.
Black Week 2025 was a great collective achievement for Wiltec
Eschweiler, October 2025 – Between 20 November and 1 December, we shipped nearly 129,000 parcels, with our strongest days reaching around 24,000 shipments. This was made possible by a dedicated logistics team of around 120 employees across two locations, working in three shifts to ensure that every order was dispatched reliably. WilTec investiert 750.000 Euro in digitalen Kundenservice – Zendesk stärkt Effizienz und Kundennähe
Eschweiler, Oktober 2025 – Die WilTec Wildanger Technik GmbH investiert in den kommenden drei Jahren rund 750.000 Euro in den Ausbau und die Digitalisierung ihres Kundenservice. Herzstück des Projekts ist die Einführung des internationalen Service-Systems Zendesk, das im November 2025 offiziell live gehen wird. Ziel ist es, den stetig wachsenden Anforderungen im Onlinehandel mit einer modernen, skalierbaren und lösungsorientierten Kommunikationsplattform zu begegnen.
