The type of press being constructed this way does not allow to press large fruits on a whole. In order to have a successful pressing process, a mash (crushed fruit) has to be produced. A perfect fruit mash is essential for the production of juice or must. An excellent quality is reached by using exclusively healthy and ripe fruit for the process. However, any immature, overripe, rotten or torn fruit are to be discarded before the process is started.
A wine or fruit press respectively must not be compared with a juicer because both products operate in a completely different way. The grapes for instance must not be processed in a juicer because their seeds would be destroyed, thus releasing bitter substances. Yet, a fruit press make the seeds remain intact to the effect that the juice for instance can even be processed into wine.
This Fruit press is manually operated. It disposes of a rotary spindle with a swivelling pressure device. Said swivelling equipment allows an easy filling of the press product into the basket.
The frame of this construction is made of a specially varnished metal; there are three stand feet installed on the frame which provide for solid support.
The press basket is made of stainless, perforated steel. The material is hygienic as well as food safe. The basket has a capacity of 14 liters.
The press plate and drip tray are also coated in a food safe way.
The total construction is pre-mounted and after delivery very easy to be assembled. All parts can be effortlessly cleaned.
The device has the dimensions: height 66 cm, depth 58 cm, width 47 cm.
