The air volume and the temperature can be set or adjusted in a wide range, the nozzles can be easily replaced so that each component is soldered by using the suitable nozzle, air and temperature setting. Heating elements and nozzles conform to international standard; suitable for the most SMD components, for instance LEDs, SOIC, CHIP, QFP, PLCC and BGA.
This version of the 968a+ is convincing due to its practical accessories. Eight additional soldering tips, a spare heating element, filter pads for the smoke absorber and a tweezer handle for highly specialized work.
The antistatic design as well as the microprocessor control of the AOYUE Int 968 A+ multi-function repairing system prevents PCBs and electronic components from being damaged due to static charging. The control panel as well as the whole rework station are easy manageable. The built-in smoke absorber extracts the fume directly at the source where it is generated. The tempertaure of the soldering iron is showed on the digital display and can be adjusted by using the rotary knob allowing a fast and precise temperature setting.
The station informs the user via display about possible malfunctions on the sensors or the heating elements. Another function of the station is the Aoyue Auto Cooling Function, it blows cold air on the heating element when the hot air is switched off until reaching a low temperature in order to extend the life of the heating element. The repairing system can also be used for heat shrink-tubing and is indispensable in the filed of chiptuning, repairing mobile phones, laptops and video game consoles

The station is delivered with a transport safety (a red cross screw that secures the pump during transport), this must be removed before using the station for the first time! After removing the safety transport the station is fully operational. You only need approx. 5 minutes to have your station ready. The temperature and the air flow can be adjusted via "AIR" and "Heater".
