Use: Applied permanently, garden moments Pond Salt Plus stimulates the production of fish mucosa. Thus, bacteria, parasites, and fungi have less possibilities to attack the fish. Gradually dilute Pond Salt Plus in water and evenly apply it onto the water surface. Do not pour the solution on aquatic plants. When only changing part of the water, only apply the product to the water to be added for Pond Salt Plus rests in the water for a long period of time. For short-term application (against parasites), dilute Pond Salt Plus in water. Have the fish swim in this water during approx. 10 minutes. Observe fish well during this short bath. Remove zeolites before application. Never use together with malachite green, benzocaine, formol, or potassium permanganate.
Dosage:
• 300 g/100 l: continuous application
• 600 g/100 l: with diseases
• Short-term bath: 10 min 1.5 kg/100 l
Emergency aid:
With too high nitrate values, add a 1% concentration of Pond Salt Plus to the pond water. This helps to reduce the nitrite toxicity.
