The supportive effect of the initial tension created by the ratchet thereby further reduces the strength necessary for properly fixating the strap. Once the strap has been tightly wrapped around the load you wish to secure, it can be safely fixated by simply locking the lever in front of the pawl. The tie down straps offer a solid end (SE) with a length of 0.35 metres as well as a loose end (LE) with a length of 1.45 metres. The 50 millimetre wide items are made of weatherproof and stain-resistant polyester, each with total length of 3.5 metres.
The automatic ratchet straps are further equipped with S shaped hooks that can be attached easily. The devices' ratchets can withstand a standard hand force (SHF) of 50 daN and are capable of creating a standard tension force (STF) of 100 daN. The ratchet tie down straps can thereby be strained with a maximum lashing capacity (LC) of 750 daN and allow for fixation of cargo in boots as well as upon the loading space of trailers.
Please be aware that thess ratchet tie down straps, however, is not suited for lifting weights as different forces apply.
