The mechanical controller can easily be attached to the water tap as it is equipped with a connector with a diameter of 26 mm (½"), which can be reduced to a diameter of 20 mm (¾") with help of the included sealing ring. After successfully installing the device the timer can be set from 1 min to 120 min, which will determine the irrigation duration in form of a countdown. After the set time has elapsed the controller will automatically stop the water flow and will thereby reliably prevent the plants from receiving too much water. If utilised with a lawn sprinker this tool is especially effective and the combination of both devices will reliably ensure that the lawn is healthy. The controller is thereby compatible with low pressure micro systems of 1.5 bar as well as garden sprinklers of up to 10 bar.
Due to being a mechanical device the controller does not require batteries or a power outlet and is therefore a flexible tool that can be used anywhere and any time. Being made of plastic it is sturdy, durable and weather-resistant.
