The pizza oven reaches a temperature of a maximum of 400 °C in a couple of minutes. It is the lower and upper heating element function that make for it. The temperature can be adjusted and adapted depending on the product to be baked. For this compact oven can as well be used to bake tarte flambees, flat cakes, cakes and biscuits, chips, chestnuts, or meat.
In order to keep up with a professional oven, the pizza oven is equipped with a ceramic stone plate. This plate has a 32 cm diameter and makes for the dough not being too soft or not burning. For the stone absorbs the surplus humidity of the dough and stocks the heat of the oven that it releases evenly so that the pizza base becomes crispy. After approximately 15 minutes, the homemade pizza is already done, and a frozen pizza normally has a baking time of six to eight minutes.
To optimally set the baking process and to have an eye on all parameters, the pizza oven not only has a thermostat, but is also equipped with a 30 minutes timer and a signal lamp. Furthermore, the baking process can be observed through the observation window at any time without the pizza oven needing to be opened.
