The 2000-W preserver has a capacity of 27 l and allows preserving several jars at the same time. To drain the water from the kettle, there is a useful tap that helps you with dosing the correct quantity of liquid. Furthermore, you can set the machine for unfreezing, warming up, or cooking. For this purpose, the temperature can be adjusted to a value going from 30 °C to 100 °C, and at the same time, the timer can be activated to control the desired cooking time. The digital display shows the parameters set.
The preserving machine has a diameter of 350 mm, is made of stainless steel, and equipped with a hidden heating element plus a retractable inlaid grid. The carrying handles are made of plastic and both these handles and the bottom of the device are heat insulated for you to be able to transport the machine safely.
