Due to the sensitivity regulation, the welding helmet manages to adjust the sensitivity according to the surrounding light via the sensors. Flashing lights or sun rays do not influence the photo cells of the helmet.
Additionally, the helmet has a delay adjustment when switching from dark to light. This is required to protect the eyes when switching to light directly.
The electricity supply of the welding helmet is provided by solar cells and easy to change AAA batteries.
Our design welding helmet has a 93 x 42 mm big vision panel, a padded head piece, as well as an adjustable inner helmet and is suitable for most welding types (e. g. WIG, MIG/ MAG, CO2, electrode welding, plasma welding, plasma cutting, etc.), yet is not suitable for laser or autogenous welding.
It also has a big filter and the LCD panel offers a clear sight and permanent UV protection. Even though the helmet is very light, it is still extremely sturdy and durable, as the plastic (PP, flame retardant) withstands high thermal and mechanical strains.
Due to the adjustment settings, our helmet is suitable for a lot of jobs, such as WIG, MIG/ MAG, CO2, electrode welding, plasma cutting, etc.
